Sara has dealt with her life long weight issues using a blend of hypnosis, cognitive behavioral hypnotherapy and emotional release therapy.

Sara Adams is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapist with a Certification in Advanced Regression Therapy and Hypnosis for Weight Loss.

Sara is passionate about helping her clients lose weight because until recently, Sara had “battled with her weight” for her entire life, which makes her an empathetic therapist.

Sara has now blended her personal life experience seamlessly with the powerful techniques available through Hypnosis.

Sara was trained at Coastal Academy of Hypnotic Arts & Sciences and graduated best in class as a Master Hypnotist and Clinical Hypnotherapist – later studying and qualifying in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy.  Sara is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.  She also believes in constant and never-ending personal improvement – studying human potential, life coaching and metaphysical interests in her own time.
